I heard this song on the radio and fell in love with it! I imagined something different for the video, though. I thought it was all about a girl who ran away and her father recorded the message on the home phone(y’know, the one that usually has a cord). When she called after being left, her dad had just walked into the room from work or something and heard her leave the message ‘Dad, I’m on my way’. I didn’t think it had anything to do with a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.

This is an amazing video, just wish it had been out 6 yrs ago when my daughter ran away, but she did come home a yr ago, and finally realized that she could always come home no matter what she did…every thing I’ve ever heard by Jason Michael Carroll has been awesome…I love Alyssa Lies, and think he has such a bright future!

this song reminds me about when my older brother went up missing and by missing i mean he just left and we didn’t hear from him for a week or two and i was sacred to death .
